Mortal Kombat 1: New Characters and DLC Revealed at San Diego Comic-Con

Netherrealm Studios has confirmed that Homelander and Peacemaker will be joining Mortal Kombat 1 as guest characters, along with Omni-Man, Quan Chi, Ermac, Takeda, Li Mei, Tanya, and Baraka. The announcement was made during the San Diego Comic-Con panel. Homelander, known from The Boys, and Peacemaker, played by John Cena, are the most notable additions. The first DLC Kombat Pack will also include Ermac, Quan Chi, and Takeda. Li Mei returns to the roster, and Tanya and Baraka will be playable characters as well. Mortal Kombat 1 is set to release on September 19 for various platforms.
