Fans of the Metal Gear Solid Master Collection on PC have taken it upon themselves to fix the unsatisfactory port by creating the MGSHDFix mod. The mod adds key PC features such as custom resolution support, ultrawide support, borderless/windowed mode, mouse cursor toggle, and more. The Master Collection has received mixed reviews on Steam, and the Switch version of MGS2 no longer runs at 60FPS. The modders' efforts aim to improve the overall experience of the game on PC.
