"Mastering Diablo 4: Quests, Mounts, and Strongholds"

The Blood and Sweat quest in Diablo 4 takes place in the Ruins of Qara-Yisu, and finding Little Tuya can be challenging. The doll can be found on top of a roof on the southern side of Qara-Yisu, and players must flip a stone to reveal it. Once obtained, players must bring the Crude Doll back to Tuya in Alzuuda to receive a Salvage Cache as a reward. To start the quest, players must clear out the Qara-Yisu Stronghold and pick up a bloodied note in the southern part of the stronghold.
