Diablo 4 has two types of items, Legendary and Unique, with the latter being more powerful and rare. This guide lists all the Unique items and effects currently in the game, including 13 class-agnostic Uniques and specific ones for Barbarian, Sorcerer, Necromancer, Druid, and Rogue. Barbarians have the most Uniques available to them, with nine different items.
