Pokemon Go players can participate in the Team Go Rocket takeover event starting on March 25, which includes a new Special Research quest called From the Shadows. The quest has five steps with tasks such as defeating Team Go Rocket Grunts, catching Shadow Pokemon, and purifying them. Completing the quest rewards players with XP, Stardust, and items such as Mysterious Components, Rocket Radar, and Golden Razz Berries. The event also offers a chance to encounter new Shiny Pokemon.
