Loren Allred shares her experience as Aerith in 'Final Fantasy 7 Rebirth' theme song

Loren Allred, the vocalist behind the Final Fantasy 7 Rebirth theme song 'No Promises To Keep', spoke about her experience singing as the beloved character Aerith. Allred, who is best known for her work in The Greatest Showman, shared that it was an honor to work with composer Nobuo Uematsu and to attach her voice to a character that fans love. She spent time learning about Aerith's personality and tried to channel that while singing the song. Allred made stylistic choices to reflect Aerith's character and maintain the sweetness of her personality. Final Fantasy 7 Rebirth is set to launch on February 29, 2024, for PS5.
