Hollow Knight: Silksong Delayed Beyond Q2 2023 Release Window

Hollow Knight: Silksong, the highly anticipated sequel to Hollow Knight, has been delayed and will not meet its original release window of 12 months after the 2022 Xbox June showcase. The game is now planned to release in the first half of 2023. The delay is due to the game's development still continuing and the desire to make the game as good as possible. Silksong features the character Hornet and was originally planned as DLC but later announced as a full-scale sequel in 2019.
