Publisher Hooded Horse and developer Ulisses Spiele have announced Hexxen: Hunters, a tactical RPG set in an alternate history 18th century Europe infested with beasts and fiends. Players take on the role of Witch Hunters, tasked with defending humanity against the impending doom. The game features real-time exploration, turn-based tactical combat, and the ability to recruit and train unique Hunters with specialized skills and equipment. With procedurally generated maps and multiple playthroughs, players must strategize and adapt to face hordes of enemies and powerful monstrous entities. Additionally, players can develop their base of operations, research adversaries, and make alliances with dark cults for strategic advantages. Hexxen: Hunters is set to launch on PC in 2024.
