A leaked video on Reddit provides a first look at the upcoming controllable mechs in Helldivers 2, allowing players to enter and exit the mechs during missions. The update's release date is still unknown, but a staff member from the game's Discord confirmed that the mechs are "good to go" with some additional polishing underway. While mechs were originally planned for the game's launch, they were not included, and it's unclear how they will function in the new game compared to the original.
