Game Freak's Project Bloom: A New Action-Adventure Game Collaboration with Private Division.

Game Freak, the studio behind Pokémon, is partnering with Private Division for an "ambitious" new action-adventure game called Project Bloom. The game is expected to be very different from Game Freak's usual monster collecting fare and will be the studio's first major foray into the AAA action-adventure space. The first piece of concept art for the game features a samurai standing in a forest grove, suggesting a greater scope than Game Freak's previous projects. Little is known about Project Bloom, but it is confirmed to be "early" in development and expected to launch sometime between April 2025 and March 2026.
