"Full-scale Hunter x Hunter fighting game in development by Eighting and Bushiroad Games"

Developer Eighting, known for DNF Duel and Tatsunoko vs Capcom, is working on a "full-scale" Hunter x Hunter fighting game, as announced by publisher Bushiroad at Jump Festa 2024. More details will be revealed at Bushiroad New Year Grand Presentation 2024 on January 6. This will be Bushiroad's first fighting title on consoles, and no gameplay or platform information has been released yet. The last Hunter x Hunter console game was released in 2001, and this new game has the potential to be a stellar addition to the franchise.
