Fortnite's Weapon Customization Guide: Mods, Augments, and Cases

Mod Benches have been introduced in Fortnite Chapter 5 Season 1, allowing players to modify their weapons for improved performance. The Mod Benches can be found in locked vaults located at Fencing Fields, Grand Glacier, Lavish Lair, Reckless Railways, and Snooty Steppes. To open the vaults, players must defeat one of the five area bosses and obtain a Society Medallion. Once inside, players can interact with the Mod Bench to select and implement modifications using Gold Bars. Additionally, the locked vaults may contain valuable resources and loot.
