Fortnite Servers Crash as Big Bang Event Overwhelms Players

Fortnite's servers crashed after an overwhelming number of players logged in to watch the second showing of the Eminem Big Bang event. The popularity of the event caused queue times to skyrocket, with some players waiting for over an hour. Fortnite released two additional showtimes, but the second event was even more popular, leading to the shutdown of all servers. Epic Games is working to recover and set up encore shows.
