Square Enix revealed new content for Final Fantasy XIV: Dawntrail expansion, including the addition of the Female Hrothgar race and the Pictomancer job, during the Final Fantasy XIV Fan Festival 2024 in Tokyo. An open beta for the Xbox Series version is scheduled for February 2024. The expansion will also feature new areas, a level cap increase, new dungeons, and a crossover questline with Final Fantasy XVI, among other updates. The announcement comes as the game celebrates over 30 million adventurers worldwide.
