"Final Fantasy 16: Rising Tide DLC Release Date and PC Version Update"

Square Enix has announced that the upcoming Final Fantasy 16 DLC, The Rising Tide, will be released on April 18, 2024, with a new trailer showcasing expanded story content and a battle between Ifrit and Leviathan. The DLC will feature increased level caps, new abilities, and endgame content, and will be available for purchase separately or as part of the Expansion Pass. Additionally, a free update (version 1.30) will bring quality-of-life improvements to all players, including a "Quick Complete" function, new controller type, and more. The game is currently exclusive to PlayStation 5, but a PC version is in the final stages of optimization.
