Honkai: Star Rail's upcoming v1.6 update, Crown of the Mundane and Divine, will introduce three new playable characters, including a free five-star character, Dr. Ratio. The update will also feature a new environment on the Herta Space Station and teases a new planet, Penacony. The livestream showcased Ruan Mei, an Ice-type character, and Quantum newcomer Xueyi. The update will include additional content such as Light Cones, re-runs of old favorites, new Echo of War, Simulated Universe content, pet nurturing event, Forgotten Hall stages, and quality-of-life improvements. Penacony, a Las Vegas-style planet, will be explored in the future v2.0 update.
