EA Shuts Down American McGee's Plans for New Alice Game

EA has decided not to fund the development of Alice: Asylum, the third entry in the American McGee's Alice series, based on an internal analysis of the IP, market conditions, and details of the production proposal. American McGee, the series creator, has announced that he and his team have exhausted every option for getting a new Alice game made. The project's Patreon page is going into hibernation, and all pre-production activities are getting shelved until further notice. McGee has also stated that he has reached an endpoint with Alice and game production in general.
