A lucky player of Diablo IV has found Andariel's Visage, one of the six ultra-rare items in the game. The item has extremely low drop rates, making it one of the rarest and most powerful items in the dungeon-crawler. The helmet provides over 1,000 armor, +18 boost to all stats, a chance to apply poison damage to nearby enemies, and 35% poison resistance. To farm for one of these unique and very rare items, players need to kill enemies that are at least level 85 and hope for a unique item drop.
