Diablo 4 will feature cross-play and cross-progression, allowing players to group up with others regardless of the platform they're playing on and save their progress to the Battle.net servers. Co-op parties are limited to four players and can be set up from the game menu or through the Battle.net launcher. PvP zones called Fields of Hatred will allow players to collect Shards of Hatred and purify them for loot, but beware of other players who can attack and claim your purified shards.
