Dark and Darker, a fantasy-themed extraction shooter developed by Ironmace, is launching today but not on Steam due to an ongoing legal battle with Nexon. Players can purchase the game through the official website or a Korean-based game-selling site called Chaf Games. The game's listing on Chaf Games is currently not functional. Ironmace has created its own launcher for the game. Two editions of Dark and Darker are available, with a new progression mechanic allowing players to earn Blue Shards for cosmetics. The game gained popularity during Steam playtests, but was removed from the platform following a DMCA takedown by Nexon.
