Crash Team Rumble, a team-based multiplayer game featuring Crash Bandicoot and other characters, is set to launch on PS5 and PS4 on June 20, 2023, with full crossplay support. A closed beta test will take place from April 20-24, featuring five characters and three maps. Participants can gain entry by pre-ordering either the standard or deluxe edition of the game. Characters will fall into one of three classes and have unique abilities to help their team collect Wumpa fruits. The leak of gameplay footage suggests an official reveal from publisher Activision is imminent.
