Controversial Ark: Survival Ascended Remaster Delayed to October with Discount

Studio Wildcard has announced that the remastered version of Ark: Survival Evolved, titled Ark: Survival Ascended, has been delayed to October and will now be slightly cheaper, with a price adjustment from $60 to $45. The game's planned shutdown has also been pushed back to September 30th. The studio cited challenges with Unreal Engine 5.2 and the need for more time to support a fully cross-platform-moddable game ecosystem. The Scorched Earth expansion will be released in December, with the Ragnarok and Aberration expansions following early next year. The remastered version will remain in early access until late 2024.
