"Balatro Delisted from European Nintendo eShops Over Rating Issue"

Playstack's roguelike deckbuilder game, Balatro, has been removed from European Nintendo eShops after its age rating was changed from 3+ to 18+ by PEGI due to concerns about gambling imagery, despite the publisher's assurance that the game does not contain gambling themes. The game remains available on the US Switch eShop with a 10+ ESRB rating. Playstack is working to resolve the issue and get the game back on sale as soon as possible.
