Netflix Testing TV Games with Phone Controllers

Netflix is reportedly working on a feature that would allow its mobile games to be played on TV screens using iPhones as controllers. The code was discovered by an app developer and suggests a major move by the company as it expands into cloud gaming. Netflix has previously expressed its desire to bring games to more devices and has released over 55 titles since entering the mobile gaming space in 2021. However, an Apptopia report from August 2022 indicated that less than 1% of subscribers are interested in playing the mobile games.
