Teenager arrested for breaking officer's arm during escape attempt.

An 18-year-old from Illinois, Quinn Riordan, has been arrested after breaking a Naples police officer’s arm while trying to run away. Riordan and two others were spotted at the end of the Naples Pier, which is closed due to damage caused by Hurricane Ian. When Riordan was told he was being detained, he pushed one of the officers into the other and ran. He is facing charges of battery on an officer and resisting arrest with violence.
