"Arrests Made in Connection with Brazen iPhone Thefts at Emeryville Apple Store"

Three individuals have been arrested in connection with a series of thefts at Apple Store locations in Emeryville and Berkeley, including one suspect seen in a viral video stealing dozens of devices from the Emeryville store. The thefts resulted in the loss of 50 Apple iPhones valued at $49,230. One of the arrested suspects, Tyler Mims, 22, of Berkeley, was booked for multiple counts related to the thefts. The joint investigation involved the Berkeley Police Department, Emeryville Police Department, and California Highway Patrol.
