Sony Accused of Anti-Competitive Tactics by Microsoft and U.S. Congress

Activision CEO Bobby Kotick sent out an email to his entire company and posted it online, defending the Microsoft-Activision merger and claiming that regulators are starting to understand the industry. He also addressed Sony's concerns about the deal, stating that they are not actually concerned about a Call of Duty agreement, but rather want to prevent the merger from happening. Kotick assured PlayStation players that Activision will continue to deliver the best games possible on Sony platforms.
