Electronic Arts is undergoing a major corporate reshuffle, with EA Games being rebranded as EA Entertainment and EA Sports expanding to become its own entity. The move is aimed at empowering creative teams and making faster decisions around development. The restructuring will not have much impact on the casual consumer of EA IP. CEO Andrew Wilson will continue to oversee both organizations, with Laura Miele serving as President of Entertainment, Technology, and Central Development, and Cam Weber leading EA Sports.
