BMW M2 Shatters Nurburgring Record, Dominates Compact Car Category

The BMW M2 has set a new Nurburgring record for compact cars, completing the challenging 14.2-mile Nordschleife portion in 7 minutes 38.71 seconds. The 2023 model, with 460 horsepower, was over 13 seconds faster than its predecessor, the M2 Competition. The record-setting run was achieved with a completely stock car, as BMW's goal is to set records using unmodified vehicles.
