OpenAI's ChatGPT Plus subscribers can now use the Browsing feature on the ChatGPT app to search Bing for answers to questions. Browsing is useful for queries relating to current events and other information that extends beyond ChatGPT's original training data. However, limiting ChatGPT's search capabilities to Bing seems user-hostile, as Bing is far from the be-all and end-all of search engines.
