Texas State's G.J. Kinne and school president fulfill promise, jump into river after securing bowl eligibility

Texas State coach G.J. Kinne and president Kelly Damphousse fulfilled a promise by jumping into the San Marcos River after the Bobcats reached bowl eligibility with a dominant win over Georgia Southern.
