Teen Basketball Player and Family Attack Coach in Retaliation for Benching

A high school basketball coach in Texas was attacked by one of his players and the player's family in the school's parking lot after the coach benched the student during a game. The assault occurred after the coach returned to the school, and the student and his family confronted him. The coach was punched in the face by the student and assaulted by the student's brother. Both suspects were arrested and charged with assault on a public servant. The investigation is ongoing.
