Seahawks Make Roster Moves, Activate Lucas and Smith for Cowboys Showdown

The Seattle Seahawks have activated tackle Abraham Lucas from injured reserve in time for their game against the Dallas Cowboys, while placing guard Phil Haynes on injured reserve due to a toe injury. Receiver Cody Thompson has been elevated from the practice squad. Lucas, who suffered a knee injury in the season opener, returned to practice two weeks ago and impressed coach Pete Carroll. Haynes will have to miss at least four games before being eligible to return. Thompson has primarily played on special teams this season.
