"Rookie Standouts and Familiar Faces at Steelers Minicamp"

Maverick Wolfley, nephew of former Steelers offensive lineman Craig Wolfley and grandson of two-time Super Bowl champion Ray Mansfield, is among the 33 players invited to try out at the Steelers’ rookie minicamp. Wolfley is hoping to carry on his family tradition of playing for the Steelers. Meanwhile, Bryce Perkins, who spent the past three seasons with the Los Angeles Rams, and Hunter Johnson are among the two quarterbacks invited to the minicamp on a tryout basis. The Steelers are also comfortable with the collective they have in the slot cornerback position.
