Rams rally in snow to reach NFC title, Patriots punch AFC final spot

In snowy Soldier Field, the Rams outlasted the Bears 20-17 in overtime behind Kyren Williams' late TD and a dramatic 14-yard or so heave from Caleb Williams to Cole Kmet to send the game to OT, where Harrison Mevis drilled the winning field goal to send L.A. to the NFC Championship against the Seahawks. In Foxborough, the Patriots defeated the Texans 28-16 as Drake Maye threw three TD passes while New England’s defense harassed C.J. Stroud, who threw four interceptions (one returned for a Marcus Jones TD), earning a trip to face the Denver Broncos in the AFC Championship.
