Panthers sign two-time Super Bowl champion Eric Rowe as new defensive back.

The Carolina Panthers have agreed to terms with defensive back Eric Rowe, who previously played for the Miami Dolphins. Rowe signed a one-year deal with the Panthers and will provide depth behind starters Xavier Woods and Vonn Bell. The 30-year-old recorded 56 combined tackles, two forced fumbles, and a career-high 2.0 sacks in 14 games last season. Rowe had previously played for the Philadelphia Eagles and New England Patriots and signed a three-year, $16.1 million contract extension with the Dolphins in 2020.
