Panthers sign DeShawn Williams.

The Carolina Panthers have agreed to terms with defensive tackle DeShawn Williams, who started 15 games for the Denver Broncos last season. Williams will join Shy Tuttle and Derrick Brown on the Panthers' defensive line as they transition to a 3-4 system. The 30-year-old Williams has 34 starts in 50 games in his career, with an interception and 4.5 sacks.
