Oklahoma Softball Dominates in Game One of WCWS Finals.

The University of Oklahoma's softball team won the opening game of the WCWS Championship Series against Florida State with a score of 5-0, extending their Division-I record winning streak to 52 games. The Sooners are now one victory away from becoming only the second team in history to win three consecutive national titles. The game was delayed twice due to lightning, but OU's patience paid off as they posted their school-record 35th shutout of the season. Game 2 is scheduled for Thursday, and Game 3 (if necessary) will be on Friday.
