Nebraska secures top DB recruit Mario Buford from Texas.

Nebraska has received a commitment from DeSoto cornerback Mario Buford, who is the younger brother of Marques, a starting safety on NU’s team. Buford is a four-star corner in two recruiting services and has great burst and ball skills. He played his entire career at DeSoto, one of the powers in Texas high school football, and is well-prepared to slow down the pass.
