"Jim Harbaugh's Departure from Michigan to Join Chargers Sends Shockwaves"

Michigan defensive coordinator Jesse Minter is expected to leave this week to join Jim Harbaugh at the Los Angeles Chargers, becoming the second known Michigan staffer to follow Harbaugh to the NFL. With Minter's departure, Michigan's newly-promoted head coach Sherrone Moore will need to replace both key coordinator roles, and possibly a third if Jay Harbaugh also joins his father out west. Minter, who oversaw top-10 defenses during his two seasons at Michigan, is set to join the Chargers along with the team's strength coach, Ben Herbert.
