Indy 500 practice sees heavy crashes and Power takes charge.

Stefan Wilson and Katherine Legge crashed during Indianapolis 500 practice, with Wilson being taken to the hospital for further evaluation. Legge left her car under her own power and was cleared to drive after being checked at the IMS infield care center. The availability for both for Sunday's race will be watched closely throughout the week. Practice conditions were similar to what is forecast for Sunday's race: 80 degrees air temperature, 118 degrees on the track, partly cloudy skies and a light variable wind.
