Brian Davis, owner of Urban Echo Energy, has filed a $500 billion lawsuit against Bank of America, the firm that handled the sale of the Washington Commanders by owner Dan Snyder. Davis alleges that Bank of America failed to deposit $5.1 billion in bank drafts that he transferred to the bank. The lawsuit seeks an injunction to return the funds and additional damages. The Commanders declined to comment. The sale of the Commanders was finalized last week for $6.05 billion to a group led by Mark Harris.
