Bengals' Joe Mixon faces recharged aggravated menacing charge.

The Cincinnati Police Department has refiled a first-degree misdemeanor charge of aggravated menacing against Cincinnati Bengals running back Joe Mixon, stemming from the discovery of new evidence during the investigation process. The charge was initially dismissed on Feb. 3. The Bengals are aware of the refiling and issued a statement saying they will monitor the situation. Mixon was previously charged with misdemeanor assault in 2014 and suspended for a season after he was seen on video knocking out a female student with a punch at a restaurant in Norman, Oklahoma.
