Bob Iger and Willow Bay Acquire Majority Stake in Angel City FC

Disney CEO Bob Iger and his wife, Willow Bay, have agreed to acquire a controlling stake in Angel City Football Club for $250 million, making it the most valuable women's sports team globally. They will also invest an additional $50 million for the club's growth. Bay will serve on the ACFC Board of Directors and represent the club in the National Women's Soccer League. The deal, approved by ACFC's Board, is expected to close within 30 to 60 days, pending NWSL approval.
