The Music City Grand Prix in Nashville will move from its downtown venue to Nashville Speedway in September due to construction around the Tennessee Titans Stadium. Scott Borchetta, the event’s primary sponsor, will take over the operation and hopes to return the Grand Prix to Tennessee’s streets in the future. The move marks IndyCar's return to closing its championship on an oval for the first time since 2014, and Penske Entertainment President & CEO Mark Miles welcomed the addition of another oval to the calendar.
