Indy 500: Legge and Rahal granted emotional Thursday practice session.

Graham Rahal and Katherine Legge will have a 15-minute shakedown run on Thursday to test their cars ahead of the Indianapolis 500. Rahal will drive the No. 24 Chevy, which was rebuilt after Legge's accident on Monday, while Legge will drive her rebuilt No. 44 Rahal Letterman Racing Honda. Both drivers will be limited to trips out of pit lane, running down the backstraight, and pitting immediately without completing full laps. The shakedown runs will allow the teams to perform safety checks and ensure the cars are ready for Friday's final practice session and Sunday's 500-mile race.
