Conor Daly Steps in for Injured Pagenaud at Mid-Ohio

Conor Daly will substitute for Simon Pagenaud in Meyer Shank Racing's No. 60 AutoNation/SiriusXM Honda at the Honda Indy 200 at Mid-Ohio after Pagenaud was ruled out due to an accident during practice. Pagenaud's car experienced a brake failure, causing him to spin and go airborne before rolling and hitting a tire wall. Although Pagenaud was evaluated and released by the medical team, he did not receive clearance to race. Daly, who was released by Ed Carpenter Racing, will start 27th in the race and expressed his concern for Pagenaud's well-being while aiming to do his best for the team.
