Denver Officer Injured at Nuggets Parade Amidst Celebrations.

Denver police officer Sgt. Justin Dodge was seriously injured during the Denver Nuggets parade when he was trapped under the wheel of a Denver fire truck. Dodge was working to control the crowd when the truck made a slow turn onto Cherokee Street, and the truck began to roll up the back of his left leg, trapping him beneath the vehicle. Doctors are working to save his leg. The incident is under investigation.
