Two Rhode Island men accused of assaulting a Patriots fan at a game, resulting in his death, have pleaded not guilty to disorderly conduct and assault and battery charges. The District Attorney's Office ruled the death a homicide, but after reviewing evidence, including autopsy results and videos, they found no basis to charge the men with homicide.
