Las Vegas Court Hears Grisly Murder Confession from Ex-NBA Player

A 19-year-old woman, Sakari Harnden, appeared before a Las Vegas judge, facing charges of kidnapping and murder in connection with the death of her friend, 23-year-old Marayna Rodgers. Harnden's ex-boyfriend, Chase Comanche, who played for the NBA G League's Stockton Kings, is also awaiting extradition to Nevada on the same charges. According to an arrest report, the couple allegedly planned the murder in November and carried it out during a trip to Las Vegas. Harnden was arrested on December 13th, while Comanche was taken into custody on December 14th. Harnden is scheduled to return to court on February 8th, and prosecutors have 30 days to bring Comanche back to Las Vegas for his initial proceedings.
